Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: October 21, 2026

usbloadergx.org is an unofficial, community-run resource for the open-source USB Loader GX project. This page explains, in plain language, how this site is funded and how affiliate links work here — in line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and disclosures.

How This Site Is Funded

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, the retailer may pay us a small commission. It never changes the price you pay. Affiliate income is what keeps this hub online and its guides up to date. Links that can earn us a commission are routed through our /go/ short links and are published with rel="sponsored".

Programs We Participate In

  • Amazon Associates: usbloadergx.org is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.
  • eBay Partner Network: Some links to eBay are affiliate links. When you click on links to various merchants on this site and make a purchase, this can result in this site earning a commission. eBay and the eBay logo are trademarks of eBay Inc.
  • Manufacturer programs: We may also link to products under individual manufacturer affiliate programs (for example, Marseille, the maker of the mClassic upscaler). These links follow the same rules: sponsored, disclosed, and never at extra cost to you.

What Is Not an Affiliate Link

All software download links — to the official USB Loader GX, d2x cIOS and Nintendont projects on GitHub, and to our clearly labeled Terabox mirrors — are not affiliate links and earn us nothing. The mirror file host may display its own advertising; that advertising is not ours and we do not control it.

Our Editorial Rule

We recommend hardware (hard drives, SD cards, cables and controllers) based on what actually works with the Wii and vWii — the same compatibility advice we would give without any commission. A product being part of an affiliate program is never a reason, on its own, for us to recommend it.
